IND v ENG ODI | Krunal gets emotional after a radiating fifty on debut
1 minAs India beats England in the first ODI of the three-match series on Tuesday, 23rd of March, 2021, debutant's Krunal Pandya and Prasidh Krishna grab the lights and the stage for their mesmerizing performance.
With Shikhar Dhavan who delivered a solid 98 and Krunal smashing with a 58 not out off 31, Krunal the fastest fifty to Trigger India to a 317 for five. England was chased away with a shared seven-wicket by Shardul Thakur and Krishna that landed with a winning comeback. Krishna who initially seeped 37 runs in his first three overs came back pretty hard on the England batsman with more power and rigour.
Krunal was asked to have the spotlight with the commentators about his performance. When former Indian cricketer Murali Kartik asked him how he felt, Krunal broke down.
In this debut ODI, Krunal became the fastest batsman, who scored half a century for India

Virat and Dhawan shared 105 runs for the wicket before Krunal's fire performance (58 not out off 31) and KL Rahul (62 not out off 43) that combined and defeated England.
